One of the most fascinating and strange musical instruments in the history of funk music is the Talkbox... This tool has been used by many musicians, but the king of the talkbox, for me, is Roger Troutman ... He used the talkbox in many of his songs, but the most famous is "More Bounce To The Ounce", performed and recorded when he was the leader of Zapp ... I have made ​​this sound isolation of the talkbox and claps using the push-pull and various softwares .. It was not an easy job, because the claps interfered with the frequencies of the talkbox ... so I decided to isolate the claps and talkbox together, giving you this acappella ... If you Like Obscure Drum Breaks you must have This One... It's not Billy Cobham, Clyde Stubblefield or John Bonham but the great R&B and Soul female Singer Chaka Khan... I've Found This Break on youtube, and the video clip it's a live tv performance property of CBS Ent..... I've remastered and completely reconstructed the beat because the recording was not good quality and Chaka had some off beats during the drumming!!!!! Enjoy And Share!!!!!

Another dope sample isolated!!! Do you remember the scream sampled by DJ Muggs for the House of Pain Anthem "Jump Around"??? It's Not a Scream... Some people believed that was Prince screaming or James Brown.... Hell no!!!! It's a Screaming Saxophone played and recorded by Autri DeWalt Mixon Jr a.k.a Junior Walker on the record called "Shoot Your Shot"... the isolation was not easy... to much hi hats and snare.. but the mission was completed 100%... J.B.'s... The Grunt... Sax Isolation....

Another dope sample isolated.. this is the famous Sax line used by producer Hank Shocklee (Bomb Squad)  in "Rebel Without a pause" by Public Enemy.

This is one of my favourite samples.. This synth line is immortal, and was recorded and performed by Walter Junie Morrison (Synth Keyboards player for Parliament & Ohio Players). James Brown.. The Payback... Guitar isolation...

Another one dope sample isolated... Guitar isolation is not so simple.. and the resulting is very far from the original.. but it is good enough for a very creative use...

The sample we're talking about is the wah wah guitar from the incredible song "The Payback" by Godfather of Soul James Brown.. The guitar player who recorded this famous guitar session was Hearlon Cheese Martin... and He is the only Remaining guitarist from the Jb's alive.
